Czech Conductor and Music Director

Leoš Svárovský is a Czech conductor known for his work with various orchestras both in the Czech Republic and internationally. Born on June 27, 1961, in Brno, Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic), he studied conducting at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno and later at the Vienna Music University. Svárovský has served as the chief conductor of the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra, Olomouc, and has also worked with the Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra. His repertoire is diverse, encompassing a wide range of classical music from different periods, including works by Czech composers such as Antonín Dvořák and Bedřich Smetana.
