Sonic Flower is a side project formed by members of the Japanese heavy rock band Church of Misery. Sonic Flower was established in the early 2000s, and their self-titled debut album "Sonic Flower" was released in 2003. The band's music is known for its improvisational style and lack of vocals, which sets it apart from Church of Misery's vocal-driven doom metal sound.
