The Woodleigh Research Facility is a musical project that involves Andrew Weatherall, a renowned British DJ, producer, and remixer, and musician, singer-songwriter, and author Nina Walsh. Weatherall's career spanned several decades, during which he became a pivotal figure in the UK electronic music scene. He was known for his work on Primal Scream's seminal album "Screamadelica" and for his contributions to the acid house movement. The Woodleigh Research Facility allowed Weatherall to explore more experimental sounds, combining elements of dub, techno, and ambient music. The project reflects his eclectic taste and his continuous pursuit of musical innovation up until his passing in February 2020. Nina Walsh brought her own set of skills and influences to the collaboration, contributing to the unique soundscapes that define their work together.
