Zefiro

Zefiro is an Italian early music ensemble that specializes in the performance of Baroque music on period instruments. Founded in 1989 by oboists Alfredo Bernardini and Paolo Grazzi, Zefiro has gained international acclaim for its lively and historically informed interpretations of music from the 17th and 18th centuries. The ensemble's repertoire includes works by composers such as Bach, Handel, Mozart, and Vivaldi, among others. Zefiro often explores lesser-known compositions, bringing to light the rich tapestry of Baroque wind music, also known as "Harmoniemusik."
