Coda Publishing Limited and MCPS All Coda Records Titles are fully licensed by the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) via which recording labels pay the artists publishing royalties. Artists assign the copyright in their compositions to MCPS. Always look for an MCPS logo which tells you that the record is licensed by MCPS and the artists are being paid by Coda Publishing for the use of their compositions.
