Thunder live - good decision "Stage", the title of Thunder's current release says it all: the London hard rock institution presents a 2018 concert record in sound and image. That's why Thunder had cameras and sound running at their memorable gig in Cardiff on 24 March 2017 as part of their UK tour. It was a good decision, as the result is a live album and a first-class concert film. 'Stage' features a total of 16 songs, including many tracks from their latest album 'Rip It Up' (2016), as well as classics like 'I Love You More Than Rock'n'Roll' and 'Dirty Love'. With "The Thing I Want", Thunder have already delivered the first preview of a live album or concert film in advance, and it definitely makes you want more. "Stage" is available on DVD, Blu-ray Disc, double CD including Blu-ray and as a 3 LP set. In addition to the concert, there are also band interviews and bonus clips on the DVD or Blu-ray. For true fans, "Stage" is also available as a limited box set. It also includes the set recording of "Live At The 100 Club", the acoustic concert "29 Minutes Later" and the documentary "A Difficult Day In January: Thunder In London". At home on stage: with the new 2018 concert recording "Stage", Thunder show why they are one of the biggest touring bands in hard rock and heavy metal. Fans of British sensation Thunder can finally enjoy the timeless combination of unforgettable melodies and sheer rock power at home. Featuring songs from throughout the band's career, "Stage" includes fan-favorite classics like "Backstreet Symphony" and "Love Walked In" as well as "She Likes The Cocaine" and tracks from the current Top 3 UK album "Rip It Up", which reached the Top 25 in Germany. "Stage" was recorded at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena on 23 March 2017 during their sold out UK tour. Frontman Danny Bowes comments, "We decided to film the show at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena because our 2013 show there with Journey and Whitesnake ran like clockwork. Filming the whole thing was one of our best ideas; the resulting film and album are a shining example of how the band and its fans naturally bond. We've released one or two live albums in the past, but this is definitely one of our best." The band undoubtedly knows how to get an audience going.
