ThePro-ject Debut S PHONO HG is a three-speed manual belt-driven turntable of audiophile design with an S-arm and built-in phono preamplifier (with the option to turn it off). The turntable has all the features of the successful Debut model, with a few improvements, notably the use of a special S-armwith a removable headshell with universal attachment via SME connector and magnetic antiskating with adjustable centrifugal force compensation.

The Debut S PHONO HG turntable is factory fitted with a SUMIKO RAINIER cartridge, which puts this model among audiophile-oriented instruments.

For added convenience, the turntable has a three-position rocker switch that can be used to switch the platter speed between 33 / 45 (78) rpm. per minute.
