Nate Smith

Versatile American Drummer and Bandleader

American country music singer and songwriter from Paradise, California, but currently working in Nashville, TN. At age 23, he moved to Nashville and signed a a development deal with Word Records and a publishing deal with Centricity Music. During this time he wrote songs for different artists and performed as opening act for others, but eventually returned to California. After the 2018 Camp Fire wildfire in California, he started to write songs again and returned to Nashville and continue writing and performing songs. Smith released his next single "Wildfire". A clip of the performer singing his track went viral on the social media platform TikTok, gaining over 3 million views. A few months later, in November 2021, Smith signed a record deal with Sony Music Nashville and dropped his major label debut, "Raised Up", which he co-wrote with hit songwriter Jonathan Smith. He soon followed it with "I Don't Wanna Go to Heaven". In 2023, He released his debut album "Nate Smith".
